This happened here for kitchensync 3.5.7-1ubuntu3 =>
3.5.7enterprise20070810-0ubuntu2.
It seems like it should replace/conflict with ksync - at least ksync is
not installable anymore.
I've fixed it here by uninstalling ksync and then using "apt-get install
-f".
