The restricted Drivers Manager says my hardware doesn't need restricted
drivers.... And I'm not using fglrx. I'm using the one that shows up as
"ati" when you reconfigure xorg. Also the one used in this tutorial:

If that's the open source one you mentioned, then that's the one I'm
using.
