Public bug reported:

Hi,

Actually I doubt if this is a straightforward bug in the release-
upgrader, but here you go. It won't go throug, citing some generic
reasons. It's probably a dependency from some package, but message
doesn't say. The logfiiles, however, tell me to much. So I can't figure
out what to fix in order to get it going.

So if there's any bug in the release-upgrader, it's that the error
message is too generic, and as such unhelpful.

thanks for your attention,

René
