The unity-scope-mediascanner branch fixes the problem for music and
video aggregator scopes and it should works fine if there are local
videos on the device.

There is however still a problem in unity8 if user has a clean phone,
configures network first (and gets some online video results, but no
local videos since he doesn't have any) and *then* uploads some video
files to the phone. Unity8 remembers the initial order of categories
(where there were no local files), so local videos appear last until the
device is rebooted.
