Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only Ubuntu change was: add --with-boost-toolset=mt to the configure
options. Te debian revision fixes it.
Changelog since current gutsy version 1.2.2-1ubuntu1:
alps-full1 (1.2.2-1.1) unstable; urgency=medium
* Non-maintainer upload.
* Medium urgency for fixing RC bug.
