Some background (partially also in the comments): the previous sync has
been ACKed by Lionel, however it turned out that it should be a merge
instead. Hobbsee told to send the only patch that causes the delta to
Debian, I did this, it got included into 3.4.4, which has been accepted
to Debian unstable only after the UVF.
