Hello, To prepare for the requested attachments, I made a new install and this time I was able to finish installation after i made the manual partitioning. So this bug note can be closed. Most probably I had overlooked the option on the next (scrolldown) page to write the final partitioning to the disk. In my memory I used, in my earlier installations, the back button that I had also used to create the 2, 3 and 4th partition. This also explains why the system took me again into the partitioning process.
