Public bug reported:
The /etc/init/neutron-plugin-mlnx-agent.conf job starts the Mellanox
agent with the "--log-file=/var/log/neutron/mlnx_conf.log" option. It
should log to the /var/log/neutron/mlnx-agent.log file instead.
