Oh right. Not sure where I got the idea that we wouldn't use vblank irqs unless fullscreen. After thinking about this for a while I started to question why we're frobbing the AGPBUSY bit all the time. It won't force an exit from C3 unless there's a pending interrupt, so we should just be able to leave it on all the time.
