Public bug reported:

SyncEvolution 1.4 comes with support for Ubuntu Online Accounts: when
the "--enable-uoa" option is given at build time, the plugin
implementing the Online Accounts backend gets built. This backend allows
SyncEvolution to synchronize the Google accounts configured in Ubuntu
Online Accounts.

I'm attaching the diff in the NEWS file, from the version 1.3.2
(currently in trusty) and the proposed 1.4.

I'm also attaching a patch (based on Debian's syncevolution 1.4-1 version) to
debian/control and debian/rules which is needed to enable the Ubuntu Online
Accounts backend.
I've built the new package locally, but in my build I've disabled kwallet and
akonadi since I noticed that they were also disabled in Ubuntu's SyncEvolution
1.3.2. Please let me know if this is OK, so that I can provide these build
logs, or if instead you want to have them enabled.

** Affects: syncevolution (Ubuntu)
