Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When I was navigating my new Fiesty 7.04 distribution, I deleted the
bottom edge gnome-panel. I attempted to restore the panel by right
clicking on the top panel and adding a panel. For some reason, it will
not show windows minimized, etc. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the
applet for this, but it does not work anymore.
