* Avoid the persona to get linked automatically during the contact create or
edit.
* Create test to remove contacts functionality.
* Updated dummy backend code.
* Created test for add contacts.
* Rewrite unit test to work in a server/client way.
* Moved static address-book-service-lib to a different directory.
* Fork dummy backend from folks tree as a temporary solution before its get
release on folks.
* Check if query was destroyed on client side before delete it on the server
side.
* Skip IM field if it was marked as folks automatic field. (LP:
#1233785)
* Reduce contact page size to optimize ui. Removed unused functions
and variable.
