Public bug reported:
When I download an internet file and at the same time I download a file
from my microsoft LAN network (intranet), I have noticed that the LAN
network (intranet) takes, >375% more time in order to complete the file
transfer.
The problem it´s not present when I only download a file from my
microsoft LAN network (without downloading a file from internet).
