Version: Ubuntu 7.04
I suspended my computer and when i returned to it to resume it, it
starts up and then brings me to a black screen with the cursor and one
or two white squares on the screen.
Steps:
1)Suspended computer using red power button on menu bar
2)Computer successfully suspends
3)Return about 30 minutes later and turn computer on
4)The computer successfully starts up and shows my screensaver briefly and then
a black screen with one or two small completely white squares
5)I Hibernate the computer by pressing the power button on my computer and
resume it right after that, it is at the screen with the white square(s).
