Public bug reported:
When some program crashes in Ubuntu and a popup shows up informing you of that
and asking whether to send a bug report about the crash, there is a "Details"
button (or link).
If you click it, it can take several minutes for the details to show, even when
they turn out to be just a dozen of lines of text or so.
There's no way such a long time can be necessary. There is certainly
something wrong about it.
