Binary package hint: gnome-panel

I have tried everything to fix it, reinstalling ubuntu and reinstalling
the different wireless managers. Hope you can fix the problem thanks.

my computer using wifi radar will not recognise a wireless internet connection 
nor does the network manager recognise it.  Other computers both using ubuntu 
and windows can recognise the connection. Am using wired connection now.
