Later, I tried to copy the file again. This time, the progress bar got stuck very close to 100% (after progressing very quickly from 0% to almost 100%) and got frozen there forever. After waiting several minutes, I clicked on the "x" next to the progress bar to cancel the copying operation, but the window with the progress never closed (the cancel button is now greyed out). That never works, by the way.
