I can confirm the three packages mentioned are listed as not available
in Ubuntu Trusty. I have also forwarded this bug to Debian and attached
a bug watch. (Well, for two of the three packages at least. Memtest86
[1] is present in Debian, but for some reason not in Ubuntu)
