IIUC, an upstream bug is still a bug. "Invalid" is for things that are
not bugs; upstream bugs should be reported to the appropriate upstream.
In any case, ubunt...@lists.ubuntu.com is listed as the maintainer for
this package, so there is an appropriate party inside the Ubuntu distro
that should be handling this, even just on the level of contacting Mesa.
