I'm sorry you've had this problem, but that sounds very nearly like
intended behaviour of the program based on its description. If the
program deleted data, as it promises to do, your only recourse is to
retrieve your data from backups.
If bleachbit did not make its operation clear, that would be more
suitable for a bug report -- please feel free to change the status back
to "new" if you felt that it did not provide a good description of every
file it was going to delete before deleting the files.
