There is nothing the scope can do about this. We get the icon URL or
name from the JSON returned by the server, or the .desktop file for the
app for installed apps. That URL or name is simply passed to Unity which
grabs and renders the image. Any image size issues will have to be fixed
in the apps themselves (so bugs/complaints will have to be filed with
app authors directly).
