Public bug reported:

After entering the 'Updates' app, there is a menu bar shown at the
bottom of the screen with a 'back' button in it. This is great, but it
obscures the widget used to change the update policy (which is the only
configurable setting here). Plenty of screen space is available higher
on the screen, but the app uses the very bottom for the only setting, so
it may appear as if nothing is configurable.

This was last seen on image 228, but it has been this way for at least
the past few dozen images.

Perhaps the setting is intentionally hidden to discourage users from
turning off automatic updates? If not, it should probably be moved to a
more visible spot.
