Public bug reported:

On all 13.10 machines where I have atop and policyrcd-script-zg2
installed, they send emails every night:

Subject: Cron <root@X> invoke-rc.d atop _cron
invoke-rc.d: action _cron is unknown, but proceeding anyway.

The fix is pretty straightforward, use "invoke-rc.d --quiet" in
/etc/cron.d/atop
