Strange :-/ Do you still have this freeze after having updated and rebooted your system? If yes, is it maybe possible to get a backtrace of this crash/freeze with GDB? Simply launch the dock with GDB and press Ctrl+C when the dock is freezing. It's explained in details there: http://www.glx-dock.org/ww_page.php?p=ddd&lang=en
