It might not be technically installed, but I think the difference is
minimal given that we're doing static linking here.

Anyway, I'll ACK this FFe. In future more details would be appreciated

  - What is the package?
  - Why is it needed now (what functionality requires it)?

Thanks for maintaining in Debian btw.
