Thanks for your bug report. I can not reproduce this issue neither with
Edgy or Dapper.
The title of the window is set by the variable PROMPT_COMMAND defined in
~/.bashrc. Changing the bug to bash package.
Can you post your ~/.bashrc ? I think you modified it. By default it set
the window title to [EMAIL PROTECTED]:dir
