Public bug reported:

Apport installs icons in the wrong place, like hicolor/32/apps/ (and its
symlink in hicolor/32/mimestypes), but the right place for hicolor theme
is /usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32, for example.

The hicolor folder gets a little messy with this issue.
