Ubuntu One installs twice its icon. The right place is in 32x32/apps/
for example, but it install the same icon in 16x16@2x/apps/ too (and
there is only its icon in this folder).
Is it some compatibility with OS X? The hicolor folder get a little
messy with this issue.
