in LibreOffice Calc:
Even, if the formula bar (german: Rechenleiste) is chosen to be displayed in
the menue "View" (german: Ansicht), there is no formula bar visible.
The area above the sheet is enlarged / reduced when toggling the choice in the
menue, but only a grey area appears /disappears.
Even that narrow handle field at the left end of other bars is not visible.
