No, tried the latest kernels a while back and it was upstream. As I mentioned in the ticket it's not in the debian 7 version but I didn't have time to open an upstream bug ticket so I worked around it by swapping hardware. I don't have access to the hardware anymore so can't test further. Best of luck.
