* Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1283769). Remaining changes:
- Drop all Shimmerproject artwork, now included in shimmer-themes.
- debian/control: Recommend shimmer-themes, suggest shimmer-wallpapers.

* Drop debian/NEWS file as it is only about Greybird which is dropped
