Test case:
On an empty workspace open nautilus, should open in upper l. corner under unity
panel
Close nautilus, likely will close fine
Reopen nautilus, then again close.
This time & subsequent times the title bar will flash with some form of
degraded image
This seems to only happen when there is a *single window open on the
workspace* & the 'amount' of flash/degraded image may also be affected
by distance from window top from unity panel. Also never happens the
first time an app window is opened/closed
tested on fresh install of todays image upgraded, intel graphics (4600
