I can't reproduce this bug, torrents are moved as expected.

- Failed: Click on "Queue" and try the options (Move to Top, Move Up, Move Down
and Move to Bottom)
+ Failed: Click on "Torrent -> Queue" and try the options (Move to Top, Move
Up, Move Down and Move to Bottom)
Torrrents are not moved.
