Apologies if this is a duplicate, the other similar bugs seemed to be
from years ago on old releases.
Anyways, I was using Zed (zedapp.org) at the time, and I had chromium's
"inspect element" window open, so I was really poking around in the DOM
and doing some CSS debugging at the time of this crash. Chromium has a
"reload app" feature that's very similar to exiting then relaunching the
app, and that was what caused this. Haven't seen it before or since.
