Public bug reported:
On launching, Font Manager creates a deprecated file at ~/.font.conf , even if
previously deleted. This causes many other programs (e.g. Gimp, Inkscape) to
complain with:
Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf", line 14: reading
configurations from ~/.fonts.conf is deprecated.
The correct location for this file is now
~/.config/fontconfig/fonts.conf .
