The first paragraph in this was saved as "Title-lead" paragraph style. I
exported it to PDF (in which it maintained this style), closed it, then
opened it, and now it looks like this, the first paragraph having
changed to "Default Style". (Strangely, a header and footer also seem to
have been added.) This is just one example of what happens nearly on a
daily basis, usually with academic articles I'm writing. I don't have
any other examples for the moment because I tend to fix them as soon as
they happen but I can attach another the next time it happens.
