I'm running Friday's daily build (3/14/2014), fully up to date as apt- get update && apt-get dist-upgrade yields nothing available, and I am still having this issue. In fact out of 12 to 15 boots I only saw it twice, but just not I had to reboot about 14 times to get a boot that allowed me to log in.
