Public bug reported:
the following two commands:
touch newfile.odt
libreoffice newfile.odt
when newfile.odt did not previously exist brings up the Writer with a
non-empty file. It is filled with a bunch of junk as "Preformatted
Text", including the words Root Entry.
This behaviour is not good. What should it do instead? I suggest that this
might be a nice way to start the writer with a specified new file. In that
case, it should come up with default settings and a blank document.
(Note that if I try the second line without the first, I get an error, rather
than the useful behaviour of creating a new file.)
