I'm marking this a duplicate of bug 1288843. There are a lot of Spanish
locales, and I'm fairly sure that most of them *don't* use "a.m.", or
even use 12 hour clocks. If someone wants them for a different locale,
these bugs should be filed individually, not in bulk.
