I was bitten by this as well today. I had installed android-adbd a
while ago, and upon reboot, kde was windowmanager-less. Took me a while
to find this bug, and it turns out that removing libhybris and it's
dependents fixed the problem. with libhybris installed kwin refuses to
run at all complaining of an umet wayland dependency. How is this not a
bug?
