Ubuntu 13.04/Raring is EOL and Ubuntu 12.10/Quantal will be EOL by the time
this bug expires, so I'm setting it to Incomplete.
If anyone is still having the issue in Ubuntu 13.10/Saucy, please change this
bug back to Confirmed or Triaged. Thanks.
