Amr Ibrahim, do you think it's really a bug, not an intentional change of the theme? Recently, a new window decorator has been implemented and app windows become borderless. It looks like the shadows around app windows may be wider due to these changes... As for me, I cannot see any ugly window decorations right now. They look fairly nice and smooth to me. Only tooltip/quicklist shadows have sharp edges.
