Thanks Thaddäus, but I get

ERROR: report file does not contain one of the required fields: CoreDump
DistroRelease Package ExecutablePath

and it seems as if the missing field is "Package":

ingo@xubuntu ~ % grep CoreDump
/var/crash/_usr_bin_xfce4-power-manager.1000.crash
CoreDump: base64
ingo@xubuntu ~ % grep DistroRelease
/var/crash/_usr_bin_xfce4-power-manager.1000.crash
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.10
ingo@xubuntu ~ % grep Package /var/crash/_usr_bin_xfce4-power-manager.1000.crash
1 ingo@xubuntu ~ % grep ExecutablePath
/var/crash/_usr_bin_xfce4-power-manager.1000.crash
ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/xfce4-power-manager

But then, I'm running xfce4-power-manager from the package (I don't know
if that's relevant)

ingo@xubuntu ~ % apt-cache policy xfce4-power-manager
xfce4-power-manager:
  Installed: 1.2.0-1ubuntu1.1
  Candidate: 1.2.0-1ubuntu1.1
  Version table:
 *** 1.2.0-1ubuntu1.1 0
        500 http://ca.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal-updates/universe amd64
Packages

     1.2.0-1ubuntu1 0
        500 http://ca.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal/universe amd64 Packages

Anything else I could do?
