* Recolor the audio-volume-muted-blocking-panel icon to reflect the
SoundMenu spec (i.e. red icon over blue icon).
* Bring back input-keyboard to both -light and -dark themes to fix
broken symlinks to ibus-keyboard.svg and keyboard.svg Fix a few more
broken symlinks resulting from gpm-ac-adapter being dropped.
