php5-json adds it's ini to /etc/php5/mods-available correctly.
php5-imap incorrectly places it in the old /etc/php5/conf.d/ and should
put it in mods-available.
$ dpkg -L php5-imap | grep ini
/etc/php5/conf.d/imap.ini
$ dpkg -L php5-json | grep ini
/etc/php5/mods-available/json.ini
libapache2-mod-php5 5.5.3+dfsg-1ubuntu2.2
php5-imap 5.4.6-0ubuntu3
php5-json 1.3.1+dfsg-2
