Public bug reported:
When booting the Edgy knot 2 liveCD on a macbook pro, when X starts
everything is streched horizontally and wraps around the screen such
that the mouse is almost an inch wide but only a few pixels tall and
moving the mouse up and down causes the image of the mouse to move left
and right ( because of the screen wraping ). I could not navigate at all
and pressing ctrl + alt + F1 did not bring me to a terminal and alt F2
did not seem to bring up the run application dialog ( although it was
hard to tell ) so I had to force shut down the computer. When trying to
boot in safe graphics mode the kernel panics so the liveCD is completely
unusable. If anyone wants a picture for clarification I will upload one.
