its a bad firewall configuration ... as pointed out in mail before. In
the bug i mentioned there is an instruction how your admins can
disable that rule.

But if you have the power, please kick your firewall vendor for
doing something that stupid and ignorant. AFAIK, this has been
reported multiple times to them (e.g. that they break all browsers
that contain feisty in their user-agent) ... but they never reacted.
