Public bug reported:
Soundconverter not convert well FLAC Lossless (.flac) to AAC (.m4a). In
"Very Low", "Low", "Normal" and "High", the conversion works as it
should, but "Very High" and "Insanely High" has result equal to "High".
I did the tests using multiple files, and the result is always the same.
