Finally I'm staying on Precise. I think choosing option to ask password at beginning, before entering in Ubuntu did the trick.
Now buttons are working fine although now we pass from Edid Check Sum to Ubuntu login Screen without BIOS waiting screen. ON/OFF works. Electricity does not grab ON/OFF attributes no more.
