Looks mostly fine. The following lintian error would be nice to see fixed, but
not a blocker:
E: cgmanager source: weak-library-dev-dependency libcgmanager-dev on
libcgmanager0
However, I would like a statement about the tests/ directory. Is that
not runnable during build or as a dep8 test?
